Cyprus National Healthcare Insurance System
As the main software development partner in the winning consortium, we delivered the end-to-end national e-health backbone that now supports > 150 million healthcare transactions per year and tens of thousands concurrent clinicians. The entire population of the country (~1M) act as beneficiaries to the system and can manage their care through the same unified portal. Under a multi-million “build-and-operate” agreement we completed a 2+ year build phase on time and provided full-lifecycle support, covering SOA-based integration, BPM-driven workflows, e-Prescription/e-Dispensing, lab ordering and an insurance back-office for the duration of the contract.
Greek National e-Prescription System
Launched in 2017 as the country’s largest online public-sector system, this enterprise Java-based platform processes every prescription and reimbursement nationwide and is dimensioned for tens of thousands of simultaneous healthcare professionals. We acted as key subcontractor during the initial development of the system, owning the full software-delivery stream from architecture through rollout for multiple modules.
Product Development for a Global German Reinsurer
We were key partners in migrating the firm’s flagship health-insurance core platform from a client/server architecture to a modern web stack and engineered a configurable medical-rules engine that underpins its worldwide underwriting services.

IPTO Partnership
Nodalpoint supports the Greek Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO) on its journey toward data-driven grids. Our main activities include:
Balancing-Market Settlement & Orchestration: Implementation of an extensible, secure micro-service platform that computes settlement results in line with ENTSO-E balancing guidelines, delivering full auditability, high availability and regulator-ready transparency.
Standing Data Management System: A centralised configuration authority that keeps market-entity reference data consistent across all balancing applications.
Market Access Portal & Auction Applications: A single-sign-on gateway gives energy market participants role-based access to IPTO tools, including a robust auction engine for high-/medium-voltage capacity agreements.
Time-Series Data Hub: Our ingestion layer harmonizes and consolidated energy telemetry and market data guaranteeing traceable, near-real-time flow for settlement and operational analytics.
Ongoing Operational Partnership: In May 2025 IPTO signed a new three-year services contract with Nodalpoint covering software evolution and infrastructure management for its critical market platforms.
